Long-term Care Medicaid if:

  • An Applicant is under 65 years old and not legally deemed disabled or does not complete an ARBOR application. If unsure on how to complete an ARBOR application we can assist you.

  • An Applicant receives income of over $8,000+ per month Individually (not including a spouse’s income)

  • An Applicant doesn’t need assistance with 2 activities of daily living

    • Examples: Cooking, Bathing, Toileting, Dressing.

You will be denied
VA Aid & Attendance if:

  • A Veteran who didn’t serve 90 days of active duty, with at least one day during wartime

  • A Veteran who doesn’t need assistance with 2 activities of daily living

    • Examples: Cooking, Bathing, Toileting, Dressing.
